Who we are

rank.fast is operated by Realtime Comms Ltd (United Kingdom). We provide Google indexing and related SEO services.

What we collect on this website

We run self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) that record pages viewed, referrer, browser type, and country. No cookies are set, no personal profiles are built, and no data is shared with third-party advertising or analytics companies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and for the crawl measurements published on our live log; published data never includes visitor IPs.

Customer accounts and submitted URLs

When the service launches, customer accounts will store an email address, submitted URLs, and the processing states and timestamps of those URLs. We use this data solely to provide the service: submitting URLs for indexing, verifying outcomes, and reporting results back to the customer. We do not sell customer data. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Google Search Console data

Customers may connect their Google Search Console property to rank.fast, via Google sign-in (OAuth) or by adding our reader account to their property. When connected, we access Search Console only to:

We never modify a customer's Search Console property, never access properties beyond those the customer connects, and never use Search Console data for anything except providing the customer's own reports and verification. Search Console data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising. Disconnecting (revoking access in your Google account, or removing our reader account from your property) stops all access immediately; stored verification results for your past orders are retained as part of your order history.

rank.fast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted on disconnection. Account data is deleted on account closure, except records we must keep for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion or a copy of your data at any time.
